Friday, July 8, 2022 - Opened this bottle at a wine dinner at New Ubin Seafood (CHIJMES). Theme of the evening: Vintage Australian (Wendouree) Wines. Drank from a half bottle.
Straw gold in colour with a sharp, crisp lemon, lime and honey on the nose and palate. Drinking beautifully at this stage.
