Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Bring an interesting wine theme: Guessed 2015 Napa Cab. Heavily extracted with monolithic, syrupy dark red fruit. An artificial concentration to the wine, with the texture being smoothed to oblivion. Quite a contrast to the Domaine des Tours as a Grenache blend.
