Monday, October 18, 2021 - A private dinner (Restaurant Zoldering, Amsterdam, NL): Very delicate, toute en finesse, silky and seamless, gentle and floral, with a charm which almost hides the earthy “prodondeur”, floating but not fleeting, long finish with a lovely touch of sweet oak. A very feminine Clos de la Roche.
