Sunday, October 1, 2017 - Dinner at Margie and Laura's House (Rutherford, NJ): Cherry, raspberry, currant, oak, tannins, a little bit of soy (with the food) and some baking spices. This drank great but a little more primary than the last bottle. It was an excellent pairing with the grilled salmon with soy, ginger, garlic and apple cider vinegar on a cedar plank.
I think it would drink even better with 1-2 years of bottle age.
