Tuesday, April 20, 2021 - Casual White Burgundy (Yang Ming Seafood): Similar impressions to the previous note on this wine on CT. Only wine that I got most of the details right, guessed Puligny from serious maker immediately. Have read that Ramonet 15s are overdone but this was perfect for me. More together than the 2017 which was painfully austere and disjointed.
