Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - Cameron Wine Dinner with John Paul (Estadio - DC): Aging wonderfully, it's been awesome seeing this wine over the course of a bunch of years, and this bottle shined. Smoky, savory aromas, violets, rhubarbs, pepper-spiced sausage, on top of tart red cherries. Spicy cherries on the palate with silky tannins, crisp acid, and still some bright strawberries, complex notes of smoke, rhubarb, mushroom, bone broth. Loving this.
