Friday, January 1, 2021 - Very translucent and delicate in appearance, this provided a lovely, bright, herbal expression of Pinot on the nose, but on the palate it just didn't deliver - neither before nor after a 'Fourrier shake' (although that improved things slightly), and neither soon after popping the cork nor five hours later; the finish reminded me of a slightly sourer version of the M&S premixed mulled wine I drank at dusk on NYE. I like elegance, but this felt skinny... third disappointing score in a row for this wine after a number of positive reviews, not sure if that's a coincidence or not.
