Friday, June 23, 2023 - Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Schweizer's, Stuttgart): Glass: Spiegelau Burgundy
Clear, pale golden color. Clean, dense, salty and fine nose, a bit muted.
Round, elegant, some fresh citrus notes, fine oak, well integrated. Creamy, dense and salty, good length. Currently more joyful than the Huber we had in parallel. 90-91
