Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Schweizer's, Stuttgart): Glass: Spiegelau Burgundy Clear, pale golden color. Clean, dense, salty and fine nose, a bit muted. Round, elegant, some fresh citrus notes, fine oak, well integrated. Creamy, dense and salty, good length. Currently more joyful than the Huber we had in parallel. 90-91

More oak than the Macon, nice pressure, depth and density. Medium+ acidity, ripe, clear fruit, lime. Good structure and very balanced. Long, complex finish. Very good potential. 91+

nose - orchard fruit, touch of hazelnut mouth - nutty , good zest, very pure and restrained when cold. as it warms i start to sense tropical aromas including pineapple, and in the end it shows impressive richness.

Matchstick, cucumber, lemon zest, buttercream frosting notes. Currently intense fruit, shape could be more dynamic.
Day 2 (Coravin): Subsided intensity. Evolved into appealing Maconnais, chalk, starfruit over mineral water base.

This is delicious. Fresh and vibrant with citrus, green apple, a hint of almond, floral, and mineral. Lovely depth and a long finish. Would buy more
