Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Wine tasting dinner - sundry HQ (At home): Bordeaux blend (CS+Merlot) from Toscana. Tasted blind I. I had to guesses: It could be a warm Bordeaux year or it could be a super Tuscan. It was the last.
What surprised me a lot was the vintage, We were back in 2004. It was impossible to guess based on the colour and aromas. Plenty of years left.
