Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - A good but probably not terrific Rieussec. Right amount of sweetness but just missing a bit more verve and lift and acidity or exotic fruit spectrum to make it truly exciting. Or possibly bottle age to turn more into liquid caramel. I would probably be holding those for 5 years plus and see how it develops.
