Saturday, March 11, 2006 - "The Aristocrats" Dinner (London): This was a beautiful wine. Lots of tropical fruit on the nose, and on the palate it combines buttery texture with good acidity and length. Oak is slightly noticeable but with the food it disappeared. Drinking very nicely now, and will be better with 2-3 years of additional cellaring.
