Monday, May 2, 2011 - Beringer high-end cabs: (at the winery) '05, '06, '07 vertical. Deep dark cherries, chocolate and toasty oak with some addition of blue fruit (both on the nose and palate). Extremely rich and jammy. Very good but over the top for my taste 91+. I cannot believe that these cost $100/btl, perhaps they improve dramatically with age...
