Monday, December 5, 2011 - Popped and poured. Far different than the last tasting. Notes are from the last glass. Nose of cassis, blackberry, vanilla, mocha, spice, hint of cedar and bell pepper. On the palate, rich sweet black fruit, currants, cedar, mint, licorice. Finishes with great balance. Drink with a short decant or continue to hold. This has enough stuffing to go long. Great first effort Mike, congrats.
