Thursday, May 14, 2020 - Dauvissat Preuses (and other Grand Cru Chablis) Virtual Tasting (Planet Earth): Lots of lemon, lemon curd, lemon peel and rich apple. Very rich and concentrated, yet also very bright and minerally. Very good length. Better and brighter vs another bottle from a few months ago.
