Fresh and bright, linear and focused with a great sense of purity. Understated, clean, weightless and beautiful. Effortless drinking. Thank you Dale. 92

Rieslingfeier - BYOB Main Event (Rouge Tomate, NYC): Medium-dark yellow. Lots of apple-pear, baking spice on the nose. Very light on its feet. Shiny and applely. Pure and transparent - elegant. Peach pit and salty extract on the long finish. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5.5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17/20.

Riesling Blind Tasting (My Home): Well I seriously under estimated this wine when I first tasted it. I initially found the wine showing too much buttery notes and soft. But with more air, and especially on the 2nd day, this was really a pure joy to drink. Smoky with a touch of petrol mixed with wood wax and honey. A little musky note as well (think of an old wet piece of wood). The sugar is beautifully integrated and there's a peaceful balance. Not really a fruit standing out (maybe apple) as this is mainly about tertiary aromatics. Very good wine!

Pit fruits, petrol, wet rocks. Balanced acids, on drier side of Spatlese, This fades a little at end of night, but overall I quite enjoyed. B+
