continues drinking incredibly well, with power and intensity of Montrachet combining with the flinty minerals of Chevalier. I would like to say it'll last another 15+ years, but this is Bouchard, so the farthest I'll go is to say I've got my fingers crossed. Could be majestic

While the 2010 Bouchard Montrachet is memorable and stunning, the Cabottes showed more ripeness for the vintage. A rich and ripe Chevalier that is on the tropical side of the fruit spectrum.

Tremendous wine, and stylistically right up my alley. High toned mineral, floral, and gorgeous mix of citrus and orchard fruit. This is packed, intense and racy, it’s hard for me to say it gets better because it’s so good today...but it’s almost painfully intense so it’ll be interesting to see how it evolves. For a 10 Chevalier, there is definitely more than a hint of richness and power that might be considered atypical and Montrachet-like

Sensational wine, l Took over 2 hours to drink as you had to go slow and take little sips to mouth the wine.Light colour, opened probably 4 years too soon, love to see ,y. Ext one with some toasty flavour.U can see huge density on the side of the glass.

La Paulée de San Francisco - The Verticals (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. A sensational vintage for Cabotte. Starts with ripe apple, Meyer lemon, engaging floral and spice-driven aromatics. Dense and intense flavors, incredibly long and nuanced already. Lots of chevalier-montrachet character to start, more "Montrachet" from middle to finish. Excellent.

Rich and heady with notes of almond butter, aniseed and citrus. An explosive wine in the mouth with a real textural feel. There’s a refreshing kiss of lemon to the long finish. Got better and better in the glass.

Birthday Celebration (Del Frisco - Chicago IL): Lean and very pristine start with Meyer lemon, lemon peel and ripe apple aromas along with subtle floral hints. Ripe but also elegant, mostly showing orchard fruit flavors throughout to long, lacy finish.

Crisp, chiseled fruit which is mineral driven with a kiss of ripeness. Precise and dense

Very similar stylistically to last bottle, perhaps a bit less fruit intensity showing through but still superb. 94-95

Tasting at the Domaine. Great acidity and complexity. Drinking well now, but this is going to be a real stunner. 94-96.
