A magnum, purchased Feb ‘17. Light color with a medium mousse. Apple and mineral at first, showing more rich and yeasty as it sat in the glass. Medium bead. Flavors of citrus, pear and mineral. Still quite fresh and bright in this format. Always a good value.

Creamy, a little sweetness, toasted thick bread. Pretty good wine. Drunk with jerk chicken and mango salsa, and the bubbles and RS were really well paired with the heat of the jerk seasoning and sweetness in the salsa. Good value too

Lime, strawberry, fuji apple, orange, ginger, lychee, vanilla. Round on the entry with balancing acidity and a spicy ginger beer finish (89+). Nice value with some benefit to cellaring.

I could smell light, spring honey. Floral and a soft sweetness - reminds me of the bee hive early in the season. After half a glass I was hooked!

Echoing the previous note. Fresh cut grass and lemon on the nose. On the palate green apple and freshly baked bread. Very good but a bit simple.

Very well made champagne with notes of green apple, citrus and a hint of brioche. Good minerality and lively bubbles. Would definitely buy again...

A little non-descript, but tasty nonetheless. Relatively large mousse. Crisp apple and lemon nose, more of the same on palate.
