White fruit, spices, some subtle mint, classy and elegant, nice finesse. The wine has good balance in that lovely Roulot style, very nice texture too, great Villages wine. 91-92
Fruits blancs, un peu d’épices et de menthe. Un vin tout en finesse et en élégance, un peu de rondeur sans sombrer dans la richesse excessive, superbe texture, tellement fin.

Roulot made very good ‘15’s and this one is humming along nicely. It is rich and heady, with fruit flavours that have been kissed by the sun. There is a pleasant, candied fruit flavour and good minerality. It feels lowish in acidity but is fresh and vibrant.

Meals in France; 3/21/2022-3/26/2022 (France): Popped-and-poured, this was slightly reductive to start, but that dissipated within ten minutes. Lots of ripe apple and pear upfront, the wine quickly brightened up, ending with impressive energy. Very good now

Tasting with old (and one new) friends (Kitchener, Ontario): This pours light straw. The nose is lifted and complex showing flinty matchstick, lemon custard, fresh cut lemon, fresh pear, light spice accents, earthy mineral and airy rainwater. As this sat open more and mroe complexity turned up with the earth and spice in nice balance. The palate is lovely with notable extract and the spice, lemon custard, and earth turning up. The finish is lovely and lingers impressively. Just a great bottle from the master. Truly beautiful.

This is a beautiful weighty meursault that has round supple honeycrisp apple, creamy pineapple, butterscotch and spuce notes.. lifted by gorgeous acidity.. Excellent. I need more Roulot in my life.

I love Roulot Meursault villages and the 2015 is no exception. Big, beautiful, fresh, creamy yet bright, ready yet capable of lasting. There’s so much to love.

A very pure chardonnay with a nice spine and vertical lift. Mostly citrus zest with a slight buttery/nutty flavor at the end with a saline finish. Clean

July 2020 note seems correct still. This was showing more power and confirmed I've open the first two of these too young. Less distinctively Roulot with less obvious flint and reduction, more ripe open white fruit and even citrus. Bright, clean, and super energetic. High acid too so everything seems in place to leave these for a couple more years. 92+?

Very pleasant but not as strong as an '11 Tillets last month. Plenty of green apple and focused mineral. Definitely 'just' Meursault in terms of depth and complexity.

very nice wine, but nothing super special (not good QPR at 120 euros -- about half what it costs for a retail bottle in the US)... great acidity and citrus fruit profile, some minerals in the background, almost could have used a tiny bit of sweetness to balance (and I am a true acid / citrus lover)... the '15 Roulot Meursault La Meix Chevaux was much preferred (92 pts)

Popcorn rice, discreet nuts, reductive, you want you drink more and more, razorsharp acidity but even in this stage balanced. Too young but compared too many other classical Burgundy houses very pleasant and reluctant. 92(95)

Drank a glass on the second day, pretty good, especially after so many disappointing Roulot bottles we had recently. Smoke, lemon peel, citrus, and chalk, very mineral and precise acidity on the palate with good tension on the finish, this is the Roulot we like.

SLDS May 2018: Smoke, lemon, floral and pineapple on the nose. Riper in style on the palate, though it has great acidity and flow. Really lovely young wine.

Nice showing in this vintage. Full, rather long for a villages, but with a touch of bitterness at the moment. Leaves a tang on the teeth. Let rest a year or two and revisit. Should be excellent for its level.

Immediately expressive from the get go, with preserved lemon and yellow peach fruits and plenty of smoky mineral action. It has good shape, with a fruit-sweet heart and plenty of chew to the finish. It has the usual Roulot balance and poise and there's a big lick of saline minerality to close.

Domaine Roulot Cellar Visit and Tasting (Meursault): Tasting at the domaine. Combination of Crotot, Clos de la Baronne and Gruyaches. Floral with ripe apple and moderate weight. Fat start, more elegant finish with lemon notes emerging. Fun now. Very good for its level.

A wonder village meursault. Piercing aromas of wet stones and pretty orchard fruits. Clean fresh and pretty ripe white fruit density. Excellent
