Great once more, nicely balanced, white fruit, some lemon peel, auch great texture and mouthfeel, nice delicious finish.

Un de mes producteurs préféré. La substance du vin est quelque chose d’unique. Le vin fait Meursault avec l’aération. Vraiment un vin de qualité pour son prix!

Reductive on the nose with aromas of clove, lemon peel. Medium+ acidity and some tropical fruit on the palate alongside lemon and green apple. At the start of its drinking window.

Served blind. No way to guess the vintage, the structure is great but the ripeness is very well contained. Nose is very PYCM but we almost all decided on Meursault and are just surprised by the quality of this. It is not overly done even with that minerals which we all prefer. 92

no notes but very nice... performed better than the 2018 PYCM Bourgogne Blanc had along side, especially on night one, with the gap btwn the two bottlings narrowing on night two... this makes me happy for my purchase of a case of '18 PYCM BB... won't rate but my guess would be 91-92

Pnp. L'acidité élevée détruit l'équilibre du vin qui s'avère bien dans son ensemble. Peu d'évolution le 2ième jour. Même constat. 89-90pts mais peut-être ouvert trop jeune ou dans une mauvaise phase.

Light in color, white flowers and fresh peaches on the generous nose. This was tropical fruits, lemon, and if there was any oak treatment is sure was subtle. Reminded me of an Aubert Chardonnay in its style.

NR as no notes, can't remember much but feel like I was expecting more from this... didn't have the classic PYCM cut that I really enjoy... maybe -- probably -- just way too young

Really enjoyable. This has the lemon cream, bright lime, and velvet texture that I find in a lot of PYCM. Not terribly complex, but impeccably balanced and very enjoyable.

Five winos excellent adventure , mostly in Burgundy; 6/7/2019-6/15/2019 (Beaune, France): Clean and energetic nose displaying cool white fruit, pear, apple, lemonade, honeysuckle, a hint of flint and limestone. Clean harmonious palate, nicely layered cool white fruit, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral and a long cool white fruit driven finish. Drinking nicely.

A Spring Saturday at Dave's Place: The PYCM producer signature is clear from the initial pop. The nose is gorgeous immediately: Kiwi, grapefruit, struck match, flint, soapy florals, crushed rock, dry earth, cold cream, slight vanilla custard, and a hint of fresh white mushroom. Insane complexity for Saint Aubin. The palate features great acid and long finish repeating much of the nose. I just love PYCM.

Reductive upon opening, with notable matchstick, this settled down into an impeccably balanced St. Aubin that, like all of PYCM's SAs, exceeds its class. This shows lemon cream and subtle minerals in a textured middleweight package. Very long. Lovely wine and great with white fish. EDIT: bumped up a point because this is even better on day 2.

medium yellow. Slight matchstick that blew off. A bit simple and light without too much intensity but very much a pleasure to drink. delivers for a village level white burg

From the wine list at Manhatta (NYC). Quite cold initially so the nose was a bit reluctant - this became much more aromatic as it warmed up a bit. Not as much struck match - as I typically get with PYCM - more fruit and floral. Very nice on the palate - good weight and mouthfeel with focused lemony acidity, some creaminess and lots of minerals on the long finish. A very nice wine.

Loaded with intense citrus fruit aromas and flavours. There's some honeysuckle and plenty of mineral too. It has an unctuous feel in the mouth with a rigid spine and fabulous build. The finish is seriously chalky and long.

I love the nose; smokey and burnt in a good way with buttered popcorn notes. Palate is mineraly and earthy and herbal with a lovey finish. Very compelling.

light citrus, bright tropical fruit, kind of a funky melon thing going on. Love it. Staying power is incredible. Reminds me of Aubert

Drinking quite nicely right now, but I think it will gain a bit of weight with a couple of years in the cellar.
