I enjoyed this but I feel it's hiding most of what it will offer, perhaps a shy phase.
Light to medium ruby. Drinking tight on the PnP. Smells unruly (in a good way), little bit of game and meat, darker firmer berries. Palate is light to medium in body, juicy, more red-fruited on the palate whereas the nose came off darker. Fruit has good density to it, crunchy strawberry, and a bright red rasberry. Will re-visit in a bit.
More knit together after 2-3 hours of air. Nice tart red fruit, balanced. Hanging in on night 3, has become more round, but still fresh.

Very pretty Oregon pinot. Lovely red fruit character, lightweight and ethereal. Quite enjoyable but perhaps not incredible depth. Good with food and definitely a crowd pleaser.

Medium red colour with a delicate red fruited fresh pinot nose. Pure clean fruit with cherries and red berries. Fresh, vibrant and great balance. Even though it is very delicious now, it is young and will improve. Wish I had loads of this.

Lovely wine. Moderate to pale color. Brilliant clarity. 3 hour slow ox. No decant or swirling. Letting it wake up at its own pace. Initially a bit reticent on the nose and in mouth but an hour later it was definitely waking up and the nose and flavors beginning to build and sparkle. And that is the point I gave it a 92. Will update over the evening. Two hours later...The Wine continued to grow over the hour of cooking a rack of lamb and a chantrelle risotto. Beautiful with the food. Now, three and a half hours after the first sip it has blossomed into a lovely Burgundian style wine. It has really come together. Now a 94. Wow!

Visually stunning wine. Crystalline and electric purple red. Very bright cherry strawberry fruit. Floral. Laser focused and still young. Fresh. Took a couple of hours to open up and still just hinting at what will be there in 3-4 more years.

Same score as a couple years ago. Although...I actually forgot I had this a couple years ago until just now re-reading my notes.
Drank over 2 nights. Still very young, and took some time on night 1 to begin to show anything. It did, and was pretty good. On night 2, however, it blossomed and was just tremendous.
PnP Notes: Bright light to medium ruby. Nose is fairly restrained on PnP but starts to blossom with just about 30 minutes of being open and becomes more expressive with every 30 minutes of additional air. It gives away pretty fruit, it's earthy in a clean dark soil sort of way, mineral, some type of savory spice. Palate is very light on its feet. Very nice purity of red berry fruit. Finish is of damp tea leaves and some light tannins grip. Lots of stuffing here for a very elegant expresion of Pinot Noir.
Night 2 Update: just terrific on night 2 as it's picked up weight and feels like a different wine - just more giving. Perfectly balanced and delish - if people score this 94-95+ in the coming 1-20 years I'll get it. What a pleasure. If you have this it will be very enjoyable in years to come and if you don't have this you should definitely acquire some.
Turkey Day main course wine. It worked with everything on the plate, including cranberry sauce, on the strength of great acid. Supple, luxurious, and well balanced.
It showed equally well as a sipper on the following evening.

90+ Very pure and crystalline pinot at core, but due to its youth there is still a sharp acidity and feisty tannins. Still very enjoyable with food, but I would still wait a few more years. Saving my other 2 bottles for 3+ years.

Friday Night Brown Bagger (J&J's): Blind. Cherry, clove and black pinot fruit. Medium-bodied and elegant, with soft tannin and flavors of cherry and dark fruit; hints of spice in the finish. Very pretty. This had been double decanted three hours before the flight was poured.

Smelled like roses and strawberries but sour fruit with bracing acidity on the palate. This is a very food friendly wine and it started to show more fruit after a while but I preferred the initial more sour flavor profile.

Delicious, particularly after 90 minutes of air and it kept improving. So elegant and pure fruited, nearly weightless. I kept thinking this wine is painfully young, as it is so primary now, as if it the grapes were just squeezed. Was worth trying now to get a feel for the KF style, but might as well wait 3 more years for the next bottle.

Gorgeous, ethereal, airy and fresh. Cool and crisp, like an alpine breeze, there is also a subtle something estuarine going on. This has that spark of dark and light, low and high; contraposto in excelsis, it is a real beauty. Aromas of strawberry, red cherry, raspberry, red licorice, roses, moss, clay and cinnamon are endlessly intriguing. Tart and vivacious on the palate, silky tannins are easy-going. Finishing long, with hardly a trace of tannic grip, it remains silky, with intense crunchy red fruits resonating alongside spice, earth and citrus notes. This will age beautifully for another 5 to 10, maybe longer.

PNP. Cork perfect. Color ruby . Nose dominated by cherry and earth. Swishing shows bright fruit, strawberry and strawberry mostly with bright acidity and super light tannin. Sipping shows total polish and silky palate feel. This is dynamite.

Even though this was shipped and received a couple of weeks ago, I could not wait to taste my first Kelly Fox wine. Pretty, translucent red color speaks to a light extraction in the wine making. The nose smells of strawberries, red raspberries and rainwater with a nice subtle aromatic wood spice and a whiff of vanilla. Maybe this is from the stems as this was raised in neutral oak. On the palate the flavors repeat with a bit of fine grained tannin on the finish. Balanced and very drinkable tonight with soy-vey glazed salmon. Already delicious, I have no idea of where this will go with time in the cellar. A wine of finesse. Will this pick up weight with time? Why wait as it is delicious already.

Very energetic and lifted. Lots of acid in the first 90 minutes then the fruit started to show. Went well with food. We really enjoy lighter Cali Pinots like Kutch and Littorai. For comparison this has more acid and less fruit. I think they need some more time to come into balance. The fruit is there deep down, now let's wait for it to integrate and come forward.

Kelley Fox Wines: Nose: deeper nose than mirabai. Fragrant strawberry, cherry. More spice. Palate: Darker wild strawberry, red raspberry with lively crunchy acidity. Some rusticity and soil. But still very pure fruited. Very little fine tannin. 91-92

More savory and herbal than the Maresh. Floral and subtle with a little Vosne like spice. On the palate it has sap and palate breadth coupled with lift and freshness. More red fruits and florals. Supple and serious with grace coupled to power. A terrific pinot.

I hint of tartness on the PNP, an hour in bright strawberries and cherry with a bit of black/green tea? earth/cellar floor. Fine acidity and tannin, so delicious now and plenty of room to grow.

Domestic Only- Tuesday Night Double Blind $40+ (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA): Very pale ruby; super fresh nose, juicy, candied, floral, cinnamon, clove, exuberant acid that is beautifully tied to the fruit, sappiness comes on strong, popping red currant and cranberry that gets more plum wild strawberry and cherry with air; very nice potential in the next couple years, this was overshadowed by the Lingua Franca but after another 1.5 hours this was speeding by it and the LF was getting sluggish; brilliant stuff! stocking up on this.

Pretty awesome. Red fruited and floral. Quite poised. Given the subtlety and elegance of the nose you expect this to shrink away on the palate—but it doesn’t. Stays firm with fine tannins and acidity and holds on for a long finish. Delicious. Transparent crystalline red fruit.

Third Coast Soif (Chicago, IL): Wow. To steal a phrase from JLL, this is classic soil-to-glass transfer. So much perfumed complexity, juicy and light, with maddeningly pretty strawberry tones. Delicate but complex -- easily cements in my mind that this lineup was one of the best of the tasting.

It's an infant but bought a couple and thought why not? PnP impressions: About medium purple in the glass. Nose is potpurri and floral with crushed red berries. A ton of life on the palate. Loads of restrained fruit that comes to me as strawberry and red cherry; tart. Medium/high acidity. Tannins are pretty fine here at an early age possessing a light grip. Very nice nose and interested to see where the palate goes in coming years. Overall this is reminiscent of delicacy in an old world way.
Re-visiting: Really comes alive after 90-120 minutes of slow ox and the palate is in a better place. Nose has some rocky gravel soil too. This is very good stuff.
