Beautiful wine with in the bouquet minerals, smoke and fireworks. On the palate full bodied, a touch of sweetness and good, juicy acidity. The well dosed toasted oak makes it a special and luxurious wine if you like the style…. I do in this case.

Kraters for the trenchermen (Les 2 Garçons): Wasn't sure how well this would perform up against some bigger names, but I needn't have worried - it was one of the better wines of the day. Oddly, given the elevage is practically identical to a Cote d'Or white's, and it's grown on limestone, it did taste distinctively Jurassic. Deep, almost greenish gold. No reduction on the nose - just an intense nuttiness. Curry leaf and lime pickle on the thickly-textured palate, as well as shimmering yellow fruit, but no heat. Really delicious and food-friendly, and in a great place at the moment.

Color rather orangey/evolved for such a young wine. Nose of reduction, flint, curry leaves. Palate is tasty. Good finish with a slight bitterness balanced by salinity. Flat and more bitter the day after

Samples from Bill #5: Golden coloured. Sesame, nutty oxy character, stone fruit, saline notes and smoke. Palate is powerful with rich fruit and more smoky background notes, great length and texture here. Distinctive, individual Chardonnay that provides a lot of complexity and interest, drinking well now.

Pnp in Zalto glass. Pure golden hue. Nose immediately expressive of liquorice stick, yeast, roasted coffee bean and yeast, Palate with high acidity and powerful natural flavours of pomelo skin, quinine, orange blossom water, ending on chicory powder bitter. Excellent but not for every one, specially if you want to show off nurses. 14.5° alc completely hidden.

Gotta love that style of nature white wine but wonderfully structured, right amount of flint and reduction, pure minéralité, flavourful, aromatic (white flower, pear), well balanced, just beautiful work from the producers. Buy eyes closed.

heavily reduced, to my palate, verging on unapproachable. currently the wine is in a decanter, and after an hour of waiting i think i'm going to crack something else open. I can sense some serious stuffing but cant get past the burnt tire. In the wine's defense I'm particularly sensitive to this character. However here its more than just light. Perhaps after an overnight in the decanter it will improve - but why must I work so hard? In a restaurant I would have sent it back.

Deep Gold N: apple pie, pear compote, lemon curd, SAGE, NUTMEG, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, Smoke, STRUCK MATCH, toasted almonds (esp. on palate) Dry, medium (+) acidity, high alcohol? , full body, pronounced intensity and long finish. Outstanding wine. Drink or hold. This could produce more nutty flavors and add dry fruit as it ages

started with amazing aroma of lemon and pineapple, but with a distinct expo marker aroma. after being decanted the expo left and became toasted almonds and sherry with golden raisin and slightly herbaceous, like tarragon but not in a green way. lovely acidity to match the oxidation and oak with a ripe fruit quality that makes this wine a true delight

Retasted after three hours of decantation, on a root day according to lunar calendar. Nose expressive of baked apple, peat, quinina, genepy. Onec again the palate if full of spices, steeped lemon and ginger. A bit more balance now exept a chlky end that shows the signature of a natural wine. No doubt Tissot is not making concentionnal wines. Difficult to rate but that excellent and very powerfull. 92-94

Pnp, opened lonely on a "fruit day" according to the lunear calendar. Woaw, that is a whirling wine, complex and not settled yet: nose of baked apples, acetone, and wet chalk (diabetic keto acidocetosis breath) . Mouth of a fireworks flavours: radish , anise, curry, liquorice, chicory, scotch whisky, peat, smoke and match stick. Mineral, live acidity and shy residual sugar as lemonade. An UFO, for the time of immediate tasting. Certainly need decantation and cellaring. Please tell me your helpfull impression.

Quite dark yellow or almost orange. Some sign of masceration, autum apples and ample acidity. Slight struck flint. M+ body, mineralistic taste, ripe red fruits apples, albeit not sweet.

Medium-dark gold. This is a big, loud wine. Oaky, oxidative, with some flint and mineral hidden underneath, this is rich and complex if initially off-putting.
Better on day two to my palate, but this is clearly a wine with a big personality, and -- for me -- quite an introduction to Tissot.

PnP. Color is quite golden. On the nose: Crisp Orange and lemon citrus notes, almonds , something vegetal and perhaps a hint of sherry. On the palate: Orange and Lemon, honeysuckle, white flowers some nice spicy notes and a sharp finish. Excellent acidity. This is very different but in a good way. It is definitely worth a try.

Tasted as part of a mini-flight next to the Patchwork and La Mailloche. Darker in colour compared to the other two. It is nutty, rich, oaky, concentrated, sappy, savoury, with nougat and praline. It is big but super enjoyable. Great stuff.

Bought at the estate for 29 eur. Nice golden hue. Nose reduced, with yeast, roasted cereals and coffee grounds (a nasognomonic sign of Jura). Mouth superstructured, mineral and powerfull like a savagnin, witch is not. More precise than labet , more reliable than Ganevat. Overnoy howzat ? Ready to drink through three more years. Needs a roasted porc with stewed cabagge. Or just a central France saucisson. Not the one you see on Tour de France advise !
