Roof Top Sherry and More (David's Place, Mpls): Very pale pink color. Small glass over 20 minutes. Blend with 68%TN as base. Cherry, dried spices, light, fairly simple, pleasant enough quaffer.

PnP, chilled. Color was a pale salmon pink. Some darker red fruits on the nose which carried over to the medium bodied palate, with light touches of orange, melon and herbs, and with balanced acidity. May be better as a warm day sipper than with food. Should hold until next summer.

Very light salmon gold. Nose some wax. A bit of almost sulfury reduction. Palate savory, stone fruit with some depth as it warms, bone dry. Pronounced stony minerals.
Old world in style, good with food.

Our third bottle of this vintage and it seems to be coming into form. Cantaloupe, grapefruit, red berry. Wet stones warming in the sun. Lean and dry, though the fruit is filling out a bit.

Touriga nacional 68%. Gamay noir 16%. Cabernet franc 11%. Grenache 5%.
Brilliant coppery gold color. Nose slight wax, red berries. Peach. Palate red berries with hint of syrup and honey. Orange blossom. Minerals, a tart citrus note.
Lovely.

Had side by side with the 2019, seems 2019 has a little more depth to it than the 2020, but still a nice rose'. Nice to see $22 here in North Jersey. Still one our favorite Rose' around as some would say a "porch pounder" when the weather warms up. Maybe will fatten up with some cellar time. Somebody should tell the boys up at Arnot-Roberts to just bottle this in 1.5L bottle format cause it drinks way to easy.

Wine rested since release in a cool cellar, which is necessary with wines in general and especially important for delicate wines such as this rose. Good color and quite subtle nose. 68 Percent TN this year with flavors of cantaloupe, strawberry, and peach with a touch of iron?. The 2019 version was 100 percent TN with flavors of strawberry and fresh crisp red raspberry.
For me, this vintage is a bit rounder and certain flavors probably have, for lack of a better word, a "half-life," which will change the taste profile this year. I look forward to a bit more development in the bottle because of the TN - though maybe not as much change as the pervious 100 percent versions. Clearly a summer '21 wine. Alcohol 11 percent vs. 11.3 percent for last year.

The blend is a bit different this year due to the fires. Different but still so tasty. At this stage, the texture is much less thick and weighty than usual, almost watery. But the flavor is there. Not as much peach as usual. More tangerine, grapefruit, and rind/zest flavor. $22 this year, so maybe that reflects the more mild intensity. Really enjoyed and let’s see if this puts on weight as it normally does with some time.
Really the type of wine where everyone should have their own bottle.
Strawberries, melon, and citrus on the nose. Lovely acidity with tart melon, peach, and red berries on the palate. Nice finish. Always a nice rose to drink, complex enough without needing much attention to enjoy it.

PnP. Clear light pink. Strawberries and peaches on the nose and palate with aftertaste of honey. Medium body. Decent finish. One sip leads to another. Superb rose.

Hooray for Rose! Had been excitedly awaiting our delivery this year and the first bottle did not disappoint. Only got one glass but noticed a stone fruit (peach, apricot) and mineral nose. Very light on the palate yet pleasing. Looking forward to the remaining bottles and some warmer weather.
Outstanding start to the rosé year. It can stand to gain some weight but perfect acidity, dryness, with stone fruits like apricot and nectarine. Stellar value, and I’ll probably order another case.

Pale rose gold color. Nose intense golden stone fruit with a floral edge. Palate some peach fruit richness prominent with Taiwanese pork dumplings, hints of red berries, an orange fruit tartness. A mineral depth.
Very nice. Balanced and lovely to drink now

This is the one annual purchase that I open the day of delivery as this is my "go to" rose for the summer and I what to see what to expect. It's a lovely fun wine right now and after a month or so of rest, it will subtly bloom and become a bit more structured. This year it is not 100 percent TN, but that's fine. Quite quaffable at 11 percent alcohol. It passes this early test, but not rated. More formal notes around Easter. Enjoy.

This might be the best year of these, for me. 32% French grapes may be the reason. 11%

Continues to shine among the very best dry roses in CA. This is sappy and fresh. Fairly provincial in style. I promise to buy more next year.
