On the palate there is a little green note which lends freshness, waxy texture coats the mouth, tangy, briny. It's rather nice

Grape, Grain and Graze Festival (Sydney showgrounds, Sydney): surprisingly herbaceous, green, lime...feels as if it has been harvested early to e.g. retain acidity and the palate reflects this. Meh.
