Pop and pour. Notes from 24 hrs open (in the fridge overnight). On the nose: soft apple, lime, tarragon, meyer lemon...not sure I would have guessed Chenin if I didn't know. On the palate: fantastic acidity lovely density and more of what I expect with Chenin; fantastic minerality, and pure sour apple. Long finish. An excellent vintage of this wine, imo.

Very very young still, high acidity as noted by others, a clean and elegant style as I have come to expect from Boudignon. Would leave this for a few more years and it will be magical.

QN: yossarian has a really good note... electric is a great descriptor for this CB... not a wooly, honeyed CB... focus and citrus and acid with great texture. had with Hog Island oysters... insanely good food and wine match. will seek this out

Another electric Anjou from Boudignon. Tart green apple, a bit of richness from some oak elevage and give a bit of texture to the pure and persistent salty mineral soaked finish. Simultaneously laser focused and ephemeral.
Each vintage is like getting struck by lighting. The energy and liberality is through the roof. Not as extreme as some vintages, but remains true to character here. No rush here

This is young but superb. Really bright, minerally, but not too acidic (as I was afraid of for the 21s). I think it's basically ready to go in a year or two.

Gorgeous white fruit. So nutty. A richness closer to fine Chardonnay. Quite oaky; popcorn aromas. Rich, but balancing acidity, extremely fine.

Lean, tight, bright acidity. Green apple, citrus and stones. Expressive, delicious. Too young, wait 1-3 years.
