Producer WebsiteUp until 1993 the Trevallon Rouge was Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Les Baux. However, starting in 1994 this was 'declassified' when the AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence was revised (in 1993) and the maximum amount of Cabernet Sauvignon was reduced to a measly 20% (it was to be complemented with Grenache). Eloï Dürrbach did not want to give in and decided to market his wines under the Vin de Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône.
