Golden colour. Gorgeous sultana and honey flavours. Rich, mouth-coating palate with some lively acidity. Long, lovely legs. Finished clean with a surprisingly dry finish. Perfect time to drink.

Birthday wine decanted for about 3 hours. Crimson red colour. Dark berry fruit (plums, blackberries) and liqueur on the nose, slight gamey notes. Opens up on the palate to dark chocolate, raspberry liqueur and a rich savouriness. Beautifully integrated tannins, with slight grippiness on the back palate. Full bodied and delicious. Long, lingering finish.

Classic Central pinot - cherry notes with earthy and thyme notes. Medium + body, medium acid and medium tannins. Round, and slightly chalky palate with a lovely finish. Could easily go another 3-5years and be in it's 'sweet spot'.

8/5/2023 12:32:00 AM - You don’t seem to drink much kiwi wine girl BUT I do like what you do consume.
I use to buy a ‘little’ Isabel from just down the road from you until they got into trouble & sold out. Shame.
