excellent nose with black fruit, balsam, cedar. Fine tannins with age, full body, leather, graphite flavors coming up but the fruit is intact with good acid. Wish I had more! My only bottle was purchased in Dec 2020 and now seeing the light of the day. The wait was worth it based on comments from 2020. This should be good for another 2-5 years but is excellent now.

nice aroma of flowers, black fruit, plums and baking spices. Tannins are smooth and silky but forceful at the same time. Medium body and good length. I was surprised as later saw got an 86 from WA though others were more favorable. 90-91. Very approachable, Drink within the next 3-5 years if you have it. I just had one bottle it seems though was looking in my cellar if there were more. Good QPR.

8/28/2022 4:05:00 PM - Thanks. We did it old school as also had to move a truck so one of us drove and kept wine in coolers with icepacks. And I think it worked out ok. In retrospect, it was a lot of work and if the truck wasn't involved I would have gone with carrier service. If it was good weather then truck was reasonable. Due to July had to do more work. How is PA treating you?

I used Western Carriers, it was quite simple and they were very easy to work with and their quote was reasonable to me if that helps!
