  A few weeks ago, this wine showed beautifully (95 points), brimming with tension and displaying all its characteristic aromas. However, this bottle was notably more muted and less balanced. I remain unconvinced that this vintage matches the caliber of the 2012, and it certainly doesn't reach the heights of the 2008. Nevertheless, it still promises to be good.
  
  TN: The highlight of this wine is the prominent waves of minerality that dominate both the nose and palate. The characteristic nuttiness of DP is present, albeit more subdued. Fine citrus notes are detectable, yet the wine remains quite tight, not fully revealing its potential and lacking complete balance at this stage.
  
  Decanting: The last bottle was good from the go, this bottle would have benefited from some time in the decanter.

  Always consistent. My sixth tasting.
  
  Pronounced nose intensity with notes of toast, bread, yeasty, lemon, red apple, brioche. High acidity and well balanced on palate.

  High end Champagne 2012 vs 2013, tasted blind (Bad Ragaz): 6g dosage, medium-light yellow. Explosive nose of brioche, caramel sugar, ice bonbon. On the palate relatively light, fresh finish with some dosage lingering.

  데고르주망: 2021년 9월
  투명한 느낌의 레몬빛 컬러
  사과, 자몽, 시트러스, 곡물향
  덜 익었지만 짠맛이 느껴지는 특유의 독특한 향.
  코를 찌르는 높은 산도와 강렬한 버블
  
  온도가 조금 오르니 맛이 확 좋아짐. 지금은 디캔팅이 필요한 듯.
  잔당감은 거의 없는 편.
  아직은 레몬물이지만 깊이가 있어 10년 뒤가 기대됨
