THIRSTY THURSDAY @ Shrugging Atlas: This was the first bottle in our night of naughty grapes. Considered a "bottom shelf" Pinot because of the price, did not deter from the deliciousness of the bottle. Out of the 5 bottles tasted (some a lot more pricey) this one came in #3. Deep black fruit on the nose, nice coloring and it will definitely come of age

Good solid Russian River pinot -- not over-sweet, decent structure, good QPR.

Surprisingly flavorful. Fruity and fragrant, deep colour. Great Pinot for under $20

Fruitleather with a buttery flat taste; very little tannins

Very simple, verging on acidic as well. However, this was far more flavorful than I expected for a RRV pinot at this price point.
