  • Love the dark golden color on this. Captivating aromas of honeyed stone fruit, petrol, florals, spice, minerals, and hazelnut. Less sweet than you'd expect on the palate, but it's incredibly lush with a mouthwatering dose of acid. Outstanding.

  • Deep amber colored. Incredible nose with soft honey, orange oil and candied apples. On the palate caramel, dried peach, smoky apricot, orange zest and soft nutty notes. Amazing mouth feel with these tertiary notes - I simply loved it. Medium bodied and a beautiful soft but precise acidity in the background. Astonishing complexity and depth - lots of different fruit layers. Great sweetness / acidity balance - very harmonious. The savory finish is super long and makes you want to sip more and more of this lovely nectar.
This is in a perfect spot in the moment, no need to wait any longer. Absolutely delicious and seductive - loved it. (IG)

  • Dark color, but this is so alive in the glass. Honey, apricot jam, a touch of dates, citrus preserves, mint, mushrooms. This is so vibrant and fruity on the palate, amazing. Long and fresh, juicy, smoky, savory, honeyed. Unbelievable. This is killer Auslese. One of the best I've ever tasted.

  • Very mature but still lively with a darkish color and extreme flavors of petrol, apricot and clove spice. This bottle was a bit too long in the tooth for my tastes but it did keep improving in the glass.

  • There was a fair amount of seepage under the capsule, and the cork was loose enough that it pushed in right away. The wine however was incredibly good, with flavors of walnuts, apricot, lemon and apple. Perfectly balanced acidity and sweetness made this a true pleasure.
