100% fiano. Fermented and macerated in amphora then aged in oak barrels. Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Translucent amber gold color. Aroma of beeswax, golden delicious apples, pears some honeysuckle. Palate w apples, pears, honeysuckle, beeswax, minerals. Full body w a moderately waxy mouthfeel. Nice acids. Finishes w beeswax, apples, minerals. Complex and delicious. This is excellent. 92+

Amphoras' Wine (Bertinoro (FC) - I): Light golden yellow. Better nose than 2011, with hints of yellow flowers and fruits. A shy fruit coming out at taste, overwhelmed by a strong mineral imprint. ****
