A better bottle. Still somewhat lightweight, with strawberry up front. This bottle had some more savoury notes through the palate that provided a touch of structure and balance. Decent enough as a mid-week quaffer, but not worth the price.

Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern): Perfumed red berries, stalks, touches of wild cherry as well…nice nose…juicy, stalky but fleshy with delicate fruit and fine tannic grip. Really very good and drinking well now.

Imbalanced - not worth the price. Really disappointing.

Too much sweet strawberry up front, without enough structure to offset. Hopefully a bit of bottle variation.
