Hawkes Bay Certificate Lesson (Shanghai): Light ruby color. Red berry and black currant, spices, herbal, mineral, savory. Its tannin displayed reversely to its colour. Long lingering finish fulfill the mouth with the refreshing currant leaves and spicy notes.

Popped and poured at room temperature (c. 25 degrees Celsius). Garnet colored, light viscosity. Light Plummy nose, with hints of cassis and dark fruits. Smooth mouthfeel, just a hint of tannic grip, some sour plums, medium finish. Good for what it is - a varietally correct, very drinkable, and good QPR wine. 12.5% ABV
