Mont Redon lunch (The Hughenden Hotel, Woolahra): (From Magnum) Fully mature, baked earth, biscuit, leather, mushroom but not damp cellar, touches of almost rhubarb. On the palate this bottle has commenced its slow decline into vinegar, biscuity and tart but compelling none the less. With time, alas, it falls apart in the glass.
