  Dark fruits with a hint of sweet spice on the nose. High tannins with acidity making it fresh

  Several things going on, but not exactly complex. A bit more harmony and this would be a show stealer, but as us, there are several tasty layers than don't quite come together.

  Red-purple in the glass. Earthy nose, with tantalising hints of dark fruits. Taste is sublime - fruity with well balanced oak but also terroir - the French would be proud of this. Excellent VFM and will be getting some more of this to try over the next couple of years.

  Color rojo granatoso, ribete rojo oscuro, capa tirando a alta y fina lágrima bien tintada. En nariz es de media intensidad con aromas de fruta negra (moras y arándanos negros) y toques de fruta roja (frambuesas y ciruelas), los tostados de la barrica bien marcados pero sin despuntar, especiados (pimienta negra en granos), eucalipto húmedo, anís seco, suave toque de licor añejo, mentolados, curiosos recuerdos de carne cruda algo especiada (butifarra), fondo de tierra y cueros húmedos. Notable entrada en boca, con un intenso recorrido con bastante nervio y unos tostados muy marcados, fruta negra sabrosa y algo carnosa, buena acidez, taninos con una rugosidad media, especiado, de medio volumen, buena intensidad, buena estructura y bien perfilado aunque a medio recorrido parece languidecer y perder algo de fuerza, buena persistencia. Final largo, postgusto de fruta negra y retronasal bien ahumado.
