12.5% - Clear, pale & light gold / clean, med intensity - meyer lemon, white flower, chalky, wet stones / dry, high zippy acidity, med- body, med intensity and length. creamy texture. Even though this vintage lacks the 09' nuttiness that brought another dimension, this remains a good Chablis at the villages level. Paired with a french style salmon tartare and an aspergus - nicoise salad and fried capers.

Monthly Tasting Group HWS #091; Burgundy: Chablis with Oysters. (By WW): Pleasant and a bit creamy bouquet. On the palate good minerals and citrus. Still a bit locked. Nice wine, but wait a few years.
