  Very nice. Medium, straw-color yellow. Faint nose. Don't know for certain what goes into this blend, but I'd guess there's some Chardonnay in here. Kiss of oak, subdued fruit. A nice degree of acidity, Very dry and crisp. Not the kind of wine for long keeping, but will last another year or two. Paired well with grilled salmon and portobello mushrooms. Classy stuff.
