Gold color, slightly advanced. Nose of flint, chalky white stone, alpine flowers, apple, citrus. With air the palate revealed layers of ripe granny apple, grapefruit, limestone, tart flint, and cool, late steel. Piercing acidity and aristocratic spine. Long finish of tart white fruit and structured stone. Initially on the ripe side, the wine evolved over the evening to include sharpness and precision. Wonderful with mussels.

100 point nose! LOL, just kidding, but wow this was mesmerizing, the fruit component beguiling (something tropical, sweet fresh apples and citrus), and there was so much classic Chablis umami, salt and stones to back up the fruit... layered and fresh on the palate, long finish has echoes of the bombastic fruit on the nose, but it fades to super classic minerality... I kinda flipped out over this one, it appears to be quite ready, but I can see it remaining fabulous for many years

Really clean and pure, not too much development actually. A very sound bottle without a hint of oxidation, but also not giving up too much. Young pear and rain water with mineral notes like river rock, with an underpinning of modest acidity. I would suggest to keep waiting...

Really good showing. There is ripe fruit, a plumpness to the body of the wine, but this does not obscure the typical Chablis marine and floral notes. Good acidity and balance, this is a very high quality wine.
