  Very pale salmon color with copper hue, and a fine bead with fresh baked bread, strawberry, and red currant with slight floral and spice notes. Refined mouth feel with a soft creamy mousse. Nicely balanced with some complexity, and Raspberry, red currant, and soft minerals flavors. Medium finish. Very enjoyable! I would purchase again and this is a very good value, especially for a Rose sparkler
