  Superbe tenue dans le temps.
  Très belle prise de mousse.
  Bulles très fines et très persistantes.
  Des arômes de fruits frais, touche rancio, touche herbacée, touche levurée, floral, mie de pain.
  Bouche toute en équilibre, fraîche, persistance moyenne+, amers présents sans excès.
  Abs : 90
  RQP : +1
