Golden colour (surprisingly deep for the age). Nose with yellow apples, pronounced bready and biscuity notes, a bit of zest and some dried fruit notes, and a hint of nuts. A pleasant nose that definitely shows development. Medium bodied(+), yellow apple and some other ripe yellow fruits, good concentration of fruit, rather good acidity (but not really high), a bit of spice. The rather hot 2005 vintage style is evident. From half bottle.

Not to convinced anymore. Quite full bodied but a little missing definition and a little to much sweetnes. Probably caught it in weird stage. Will keep the remaining bottles for a later time.

Better again, with nice nutty notes and good structure. Overall good PQR.

Brilliant Champagne. A subtle nose of apples and hazelnuts. Was definitely still infantile but very good already. Will keep for at least 10-15 years.
