A giant nose of red and black fruits with some mineral notes and lots of alcohol. Very ripe on the palate with big fruit and again too much alcohol. The vintage combined with this style put it over the top for my taste. Still an interesting Burgundy though.

Relatively forward in its fruit profile with medium blue/red flavors. Acidity felt on the lower side. Crowd pleasing style.
