Outstanding for the price. Wonderful nose of pear, kiwi, golden delicious apple, lime, tangerine blossoms, and a hint of brioche supported by generous iodine and seashell mineral notes. Soft, medium-bodied, and round despite solid but not intrusive acidity. Best about 55 degrees. Definitely on the riper side of Chablis (eh, warmer vintage), but in a way that would still please most classicists. Only sadness is that as well as it's drinking now, it's still a touch tight and will probably peak in a year more, give or take.

Visiting Domaine Moreau-Naudet (Chablis, Burgundy, France): Large left bank Premier Cru, The site was clay-ish (IIRC) and perhaps not quite up to the standard of other Moreau-Naudet parcels. Very much different in character to 2010s tasted just before, warm and ripe stone fruits. Nice and enjoyable but maybe not just quite as structured as I hoped. Neat, and for short-term drinking.
