Light yellow with a green tint. Wafting sea breeze and citrus aromas. Medium to light weight. Slightly puckery lemon, a fine extra layer of texture, iodine, great acidity, and late arriving stone. Compact, pure, and pristinely fresh. I'm just beginning to explore my 2014's, and this suggests that they will be as exciting as predicted. Hard to ask for more than this from a Premier Cru Chablis.

Light gold color. PNP, drank a glass over an hour. Lemon, limestone, lime zest, lime blossom. The medium bodied palate is filled with saline, lemon-lime fruit, lots of dry citrus extract, limestone, sour, invigorating finish.

Pale straw yellow color with some flinty notes and lemon on the nose, with citrus, stone, chalk and delicious salinity on the palate this wine took over an hour to open up but shows great potential. This wine should get better over the next few years.

Sommelier Scholarship Fund Tasting (Popina - Brooklyn NY): Walk around tasting. Bright and minerally with both ripe and tart apple, showing good density for 1er Cru.
