  Burgundy Grand Cru with either first or last name with initial A, B, F, G, H, R and T: Did not decant, pop and serve. Surprisingly still youthful and well kept bottle. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of spices, toast, mushroom, truffle, ripe red fruits. Medium acidity and medium tannin. Tannin is integrated. Drinking at its best now. Will not improve further.

  Perfekte Flasche. Wein nicht karaffiert. Farbe rubinrot, ins granatrot gehend. Aroma nach Kirsche, Geschmack würzig, erdig. Schließe mich SHADOWIII an, so frisch mit Entwicklungspotenzial, trotzdem jetzt schon viel Spaß bereitend. Alkohol gut eingebunden. Am Anfang leicht spürbares Tannin, im Laufe des Abends etwas ausgeprägter. Am Folgetag war der Gerbstoff dagegen sehr weich.

  Dark ruby, youthful, black cherry, spice, still has not developed a lot of secondary aromatics, long finish, lovely wine

  After an hour it began to show it's stuff. Still young but developing some secondary flavors. Core of black cherry, minerals and earth. Also, on the nose are dried roses.

  From magnum. Soaring nose. On the sturdy and tannic side of things but turned a corner and developed velvety texture, dark red fruits, and even a hint of secondary layers. Still feels burly with room to open. It lacks that extra dimension this vineyard and it's neighbors can have.
