  • A golden yellow Barsac. Floral nose with hints of citrus and honey. Full-bodied with high level of botrytis and glycerin. Nice, long and a little bitter aftertaste. Pairs nicely with roquefort and fois-gras. Difficult to pair with sweets. Long ageing potential, but also ready to drink now.
