  • Welcoming nose of yellow apple and red fruit, some florals and asian spice character.
Very dry and light on its feet but at the same time full of energy and richness. Invigorating warm moussé reveals a minerally mid-palate with notes of liquorice, apple skin, melon, brioche, cookies and a hint of nuts. Long smooth finish.
Meunier richness and roundness is happily adapted to the no-malo Extra Brut style. Cool stuff.
