  • Opened and let breath in cooler for 40 min. Served in Riedel Vinum stems. 55 F. Clear medium intense lemon gold color. Nose clean, with pronounced intensity of fruit, sweet spice, oak and wet stones. Palate was dry with medium plus acidity, medium body, buttery mouth feel. Flavors were intense and concentrated. Flavor characteristics were vanilla, sweet lemon, gooseberry, pear. green french melon, ginger, caramel, flinty stones. Length was medium plus to long. An Outstanding well balanced wine. That was ready to drink but could age.
