  • PnP. Ruby color. Slow legs. Cherry, Spice and some Earth on the nose. Tastes of Cherry, Strawbery and Soy Sauce. Soft texture. Nice balance. Medium finish. 13% ABV. This got better as it opened up over a couple hours. Not feeling it from QPR though.

  • V good nose with floral red cherry perfume. Lots of nice fruitiness with salty salinity.

  • I thought this was pretty good as well. There was just a hint of reduction on the nose, but beyond that, it was really perfumed, with melting floral scents, fresh red fruit and lots of earth and mineral aromas making for a nice bouquet. The palate was really fresh and nicely focused, with flavours of strawberries and cherries, some earth and little layer of oak at the end. This had rather more depth and substance than the two village level wines taht preceded it, but was still nicely elegant with no lack of structure. Nice. 89-91
